The RMA fixed my issue after my local Fry's Electronics said they had ran it through benchmarks, tests, diagnostics and blamed it on my software.I will update if anything happens but The computer will randomly reboot with absolutely no warning and seemingly no trace left on the computer (no dumps, etc). There was no game sound persisting this crash - the whole PC went blank it seemed, video and audio. If the computer was not shut down cleanly, a Kernel Power Event 41 message is generated.
Skyrim was one of the first games I played over the weekend after clean install, and these problems happened. I went up to taco bell to satisfy my crave while the new patch for WoW downloaded, got back and wham, the pc had restarted during a 4 gb patch.... I keep my HTPC on 24/7 and this happens usually when I am not on a computer or have a huge copying job running.

I mostly play Everquest Landmark, and the crashes are real. I'm back to a similar ugly scenario though now... I just got a new mobo & case & prosessor. The more preplexing part is that either stick works if that is the only thing installed (Similar to eaclou's issue).
